Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrushRep app and website (the "Service"), operated by CrushRep ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using CrushRep, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CrushRep. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Not medical advice. CrushRep, including any AI-generated workout plan, meal plan, form cue, or coaching content, is provided for general informational and fitness purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or concern. You assume all risk associated with any exercise or dietary change you undertake based on content from the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post content in Pods, community feeds, or chats that is hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or infringes someone else's rights
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without our written permission

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

4. Coach Mode

If you use CrushRep as a Coach, you're solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any plan, guidance, or content you assign to your clients through the Service. CrushRep does not review or endorse coach-assigned content and is not a party to any relationship, arrangement, or agreement between a coach and their clients outside the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

CrushRep offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Coach). How your subscription is billed depends on where you subscribed: through our website, it's billed by our payment processor, Square; through the iOS or Android app, it's billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (via our billing partner RevenueCat) — according to the price and billing interval shown at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. If you subscribed on our website, cancel any time from Profile → Subscription → Cancel in the app — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel through your App Store or Google Play account settings instead.
Refunds for website subscriptions are handled by us directly — contact crushrep@nwudu.com. Refunds for App Store or Google Play subscriptions are handled according to their respective policies.
We may change subscription pricing or features going forward; we'll give you reasonable notice of material changes.

6. Content You Post

You retain ownership of photos, messages, and other content you post to CrushRep. By posting content to a Pod or community feed, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content within the Service, solely to operate the feature you posted it to (e.g., showing your check-in photo to your Pod). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post any content you share.

7. AI-Generated Content

Workout plans, meal plans, and form cues are generated using AI based on the information and, where provided, photos you supply. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Use your own judgment, and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.

8. Intellectual Property

The CrushRep name, app, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

9. Termination

You may stop using CrushRep and request account deletion at any time by emailing crushrep@nwudu.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or achieve any particular result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrushRep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any AI-generated workout, meal plan, or coaching content.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of CrushRep after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
