How you win
1
Check in
Log a real workout — sets, exercises, the actual thing. Scanning in at a gym is great, but it's the logged workout that counts toward your week.
2
Stay consistent
Standings reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Most check-ins by Sunday night wins your spot.
3
Get paid
The top 3 split the weekly cash pool. No purchase, no subscription, no catch — just consistency.
The very first contest period may run shorter than a full week, depending on launch timing. Every period after that is a full Monday-to-Sunday week.
